David? Such a common name in the U.S

“David is the 2nd most popular name in the USA. 1/28 of all Americans are named David, so it’s popularity is 35.23 in a thousand. If this is compared to America’s population statistics, there are 10,905,563, and 92,597 Davids are born each year.(Courtesy of Pokemyname.com)”

Why is it so common? Well David is derived from Hebrew and can be translated to “the beloved one” David was also the 2nd King of Israel who was a great king in the Biblical Times. Who wouldn’t wanna be named after a king?

This quote should have a certain connection with all of us. Haven’t you ever been upset over something you no longer had in your life and thought how could you live any longer with what you loss? Looking back it seems a little naive and frivolous. When all around you had other great things. The next time you loose something look around and see what you still have and be grateful tat you haven’t lost them either.

Thanksgiving Break…

This Thanksgiving break started early since we had no school

since the beginning of the week. With that being said, my week didn’t start

of so great. Monday  I was held captive in different waiting rooms

from different dentists in the H.P area. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if I 

didn’t have a phobia of orthodontist. Before going under their machines

I verbally pumped myself up >.< I was numbed the whole time. Which was great, 

wednesday was spent in recovery mode with painkillers.

Thursday: The Turkey Day

started of like any typical thanksgiving 

relatives you only see during the holidays

appear form no where. Everyone gathers around the table

with the good china dishes. After grace is said everyone

pigs out till they’re stuffed.

Friday: Black Friday  

The long lines, the hectic disorderly content by

ambitious shoppers trying to get the lowest price

at the earliest hours, waiting and searching for parking. 

yup black friday well at least i received a new HD T.V so

thats pretty cool i guess. 

And the weekend was like any weekend

went with my friends around the neighborhood

went out and relax knowing that i had to go

to school on monday.

A break From School

During the absence of school in my agenda

I went out to hollywood a lot. 

two places i went to the UCB Theatre

and Amoeba

checked out and explored a lot of new and old music.

I am  now in love with vinyls.

I also read some books, the one that I have to say

captured my mind, thoughts, and emotions is

perks of being a wallflower, its so good and thought provoking

I’m rereading it a second time. Maybe thats just the nerd in me.

Last but  not least I worked on my music

a lot of progress s on and so far.
